REQUIREMENTS:

• Willing to be placement in RITA Supermall Purwokerto
• Female, maximum 27 years old
• Minimum bachelor’s degree from all majors (Communication Science /
• Marketing Management/Hospitality majors are preferred)
• Have knowledge and interest in hospitality and sales
• Have good communication skills
• Have the ability to handle complaints
• Cheerful, friendly and polite

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Educate customers about jewellery products at Spilla Jewelry (Branch Purwokerto) Actively serve customers offline while providing upselling
• Inputting orders and daily reports
• Handling customer complaints
